Warranty

At Elektrik Head, all of our handmade guitar pedals and guitar effects come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged due to negligence, accident, abuse or misuse, or misapplication. It also does not cover damage to the product if it has been improperly connected to other equipment or modified without the express written permission of Elektrik Head. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the guitar pedal and does not extend to damage to equipment of other manufacturers. Any applicable implied warranties, such as the warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to the same period as the express warranty provided here, beginning with the original date of purchase. After this time, no express or implied warranties will apply to the product. Elektrik Head will not be held liable for any loss, direct or indirect, or any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our guitar pedals.
